Research

Hydrological research takes place in three of university's faculties. Areas of study include: surface water hydrology, floods, water movement in soils, groundwater hydrology, solute transport, water resource contamination, and wastewater treatment. Studies often involve related disciplines such as meteorology, climatology, geomorphology, geology, geochemistry, geophysics, and remote sensing.

(1)

Looking for two MSc students for two hydrological projects (one of them with an agricultural aspect)  -  Work is at the department of Soil, Water and Environmental Sciences, Volcani Center (near Beit Dagan). Requirements: BSc in Soil and water Science, Earth Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or Physics. Research combine laboratory work, field work and quantitative analysis. Candidates who are interested can send their CV by email to Dr. Daniel (Danny) Kurtzman.
